Designed for the uncompromising mountain rider, the ultra-rigid ProClimb chassis incorporating benefits of aluminum extrusions, stampings, forgings and castings, optimizes strength while eliminating chassis flex and fatigue. Weight is decreased. Strength is increased. Even chassis spars are made of aluminum. It's the only chassis in the industry built to withstand extraordinary punishment.
The ProClimb chassis is made up of an inner- and outer-formed shell with boxed support structure to make up the two-piece tunnel, giving additional strength and weight savings. Put it all together and you get one amazing chassis.
The tapered tunnel design follows the form of your legs’ natural position, giving you better body control and more comfort while standing up. Large cutouts in the running boards reduce snowbuildup.
The new, stronger handlebar rotates flat, not down, creating better leverage. The 6000 Sno Pro and 8000 Sno Pros and limiteds get a telescoping handlebar. Adjust it higherfor deeper powder. Or take it down for less extreme riding.
