One-up or two-up, the 2017 Pantera® 7000, the sportiest, most comfortable lodge-hopper ever built. A 4.3-gallon auxiliary gas tank is plumbed directly into the 10.7-gallon primary tank, enabling you to ride this ultra-efficient 135-class HP C-TEC4™-powered machine great distances (200 miles or more) between fill-ups. This one has all the creature comforts like heated seats, hand warmers and plenty of storage for your gear. When everyone’s turning back, your front skis will still be pointing forward.
The ProTour chassis is the lightest, strongest and most capable touring chassis in Arctic Cat history. Both rider and passenger enjoy a neutral riding position, ideal for long-distance comfort. The chassis incorporates aluminum extrusions, stampings, forgings and castings. It’s a design that sets the standard for high-tech construction. A forged steering housing ties together many of the load-bearing chassis components.
Introducing the ProTour WT chassis. This is the all-new platform for what may be the most functional snowmobiles the world has ever known. The ProTour WT is designed for our 20″ wide track. Whether you’re touring or towing, three will not be a crowd with the 3-person seating. There has never been a more capable chassis.
The Lynx 2000 LT is built on the Twin Spar chassis, which incorporates two box-aluminum spars triangulated with the steering supports, and tunnel spars are incorporated for an exceedingly rigid ride. Also, self-piercing rivet construction ensures joint rigidity and overall strength.
The geometry of the front suspension directs load paths to the center of the chassis. This configuration gives the front end an aggressive look and equally aggressive handling characteristics. The lightweight, one-piece forged aluminum spindle is designed for strength. Ball joints prevent friction and create better rider feedback. Overall, this design makes these sleds highly maneuverable in all conditions.
The Lynx 2000 LT comes equipped with Arctic Cat’s legendary AWS VII front suspension. A sway bar and twin tube shocks give you the control and feeling you want. You get a ride that reduces rider stress and fatigue, hour after hour, mile after mile.
The SLIDE-ACTION Rear Suspension maintains a free-acting front arm while coupling under torque over bumps, and during aggressive cornering and acceleration. As the rear transfer blocks are engaged, the front arm follows the bump, keeping your skis firmly planted. It’s the only suspension featuring a U-shaped slot that fits over a fixed shaft to allow a crucial half-inch of sliding movement. This significant detail controls ski lift during acceleration.
The narrower 37.5-in.–43.5-in. adjustable ski stance improves off-trail maneuverability. The new 10/8 skis are 10-in. at their widest, tapering to 8-in”. The tipped-up design allows you to run on deep snow without trenching.
Clean, reliable and excellent fuel economy. The 1049cc 4-stroke triple produces 135-class-leading horsepower, and the EFI optimizes performance in all temperatures and altitudes.
Presenting our newest engine, the 65-class horsepower 700cc 4-stroke. It’s compact and lightweight, and thanks to electronic fuel injection, throttle response is immediate. This new 4-stroke will raise eyebrows across the snowbelt.
This 2-stroke fan-cooled carbureted engine is powerful, durable and efficient. Value-focused at 565cc, push-button engine reverse is standard with this fan-cooled beauty
TEAM Industries is adding even more performance to your Arctic Cat® this year with their primary and secondary clutches. Known in the industry to be lightweight and strong, they also eliminate slippage, which allows the belt and clutch temperatures to stay low while more power is transferred to the track. They also make clutch tuning easy and precise.
