Official Sweepstakes Rules
1. No Purchase Necessary
No purchase or payment is required to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning. This sweepstakes is void where prohibited by law.
2. Sponsor
The Sweepstakes (“Promotion”) is sponsored by Arctic Cat (“Sponsor”).
3. Eligibility
Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and D.C. who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of the Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and suppliers are not eligible to participate. The Promotion is subject to all applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations.
4. Promotion Period
The Promotion begins on 7am CT 9/6/2025 and ends 11:59pm CT 3/31/2026 (“Promotion Period”). Entries submitted before or after the Promotion Period will not be eligible.
5. How to Enter
You may enter by completing the entry form available at ArcticCat.com/riders-rule during the Promotion Period. Limit one entry per person. Any attempt to exceed the entry limit may void all entries. Alternative entry methods (if applicable) must also be clearly described here.
6. Prize(s)
- A flag, shirt and hat
- Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): $70.00
- Total number of prizes available: 1
Prizes are non-transferable, and no substitution or cash equivalent is permitted, except at Sponsor’s discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
Winner(s) will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Promotion Period. The drawing will be conducted on or about 4/1/2026 by Sponsor or its representatives, whose decisions are final. Winner(s) will be notified via email within 2 days. If a winner cannot be contacted, fails to respond within 10 days, or is otherwise ineligible, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Odds of Winning
Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.
9. General Conditions
By entering, participants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Promotion if fraud, technical failures, or any other factor impairs the integrity of the Promotion, as determined by Sponsor in its sole discretion.
10. Release and Limitations of Liability
By participating, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising out of participation in the Promotion or receipt or use of any prize. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries, or for technical errors of any kind.
11. Privacy
Information submitted with an entry is subject to Arctic Cat's Privacy Policy, available at privacy policy.
12. Winners List
To request the name(s) of the winner(s), send a self-addressed stamped envelope to: Arctic Cat, Attn: Sweepstakes Winners List, 601 Brooks Ave, Thief River Falls, MN 56701 by 4/30/2026.
13. Governing Law
This Promotion is governed by the laws of the State of Minnesota, without respect to conflict of law doctrines.
