Image Submission Terms & Conditions
By submitting photos, videos, or other media (“Content”) to Arctic Cat, you agree to the following:
- License Grant
You grant Arctic Cat and its affiliates a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, publish, display, distribute, and create derivative works of the Content for marketing, promotional, and other business purposes, in any media now known or later developed. - Ownership and Rights
You confirm that you are the owner of the Content or have the necessary rights to submit it. You further confirm that the Content does not infringe on the rights of any third party. - Consent of Individuals Depicted
You confirm that any individuals appearing in the Content have given permission for their likeness to be used by Arctic Cat in the ways described above. - No Compensation
You understand that you will not receive compensation for the use of the Content unless otherwise agreed in writing. - Release of Liability
You release Arctic Cat from any and all claims related to the use of the Content, including claims of infringement, violation of rights of publicity or privacy, or defamation.
By submitting, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
